Where are your products made?
NMF skincare is custom-formulated in partnership with one of the largest independent skincare manufacturers in the United States. With over forty years of experience, Royal Labs has developed high-performance, award-winning products across the full spectrum of skincare: clinical, luxury, clean and mass-market categories—sold by brands at retailers like Sephora, Ulta, Target, Walmart, Bluemercury and Violet Grey.
Every No More Fs product is developed, tested and manufactured at their Charleston, South Carolina facility, which is FDA-registered & USDA Organic certified. Formulas created by Royal Labs have been featured in Allure, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and NewBeauty, and have powered brands led by celebrities, doctors, and Fortune 100 companies.
Are your products clean + cruelty-free?
100% yes. All of our skincare is Sephora & Whole Foods clean + Peta-certified vegan and cruelty-free.
Every product we make is free of gluten, parabens, phthalates, petroleum, sulfates, silicones, SLS, mineral oil, lanolin, drying alcohols, formaldehyde & artificial fragrance.
We also choose natural wherever possible in our forumlas. For instance our Redew Cleansing Oil is preservative-free and uses antioxidants to keep the botanical ingredients fresh.
Favorite Face Cream is formulated with a 100 % botanical preservative derived from Japanese and Italian honeysuckle, both containing naturally occurring p‑hydroxybenzoic acid esters and lonicerin with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.
Can you tell me more about your company's non-profit commitment?
Thank you so much for asking. We're grateful to give 10% of No More Fs after-tax proceeds to CEF, a local non-profit working to close the racial income gap and alleviate the homelessness crisis.

The Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) is a non-profit organization in Durham and Orange Counties of North Carolina working to cultivate opportunities, assets and communities that sustain transitions out of homelessness and poverty. Founded in 2009, CEF provides person-centered support, financial education and asset-building tools to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Do you accept returns on NMF skincare products?
We hope your NMF product makes you and your skin happy, but if not, we'll make it right. If after trying a product you decide it's not your thing, we'll refund your purchase price (you can always pass it along to a friend who may love it). Email orders@nomorefs.com with "Return" in the subject line and we'll help you out.
Do you accept returns on the NMF Custom Candle Ritual?
Due to the cost and complexity of producing and assembling the individual items inside each candle kit, we can't accept returns on this product at the moment.
When will my NMF Custom Candle Ritual ship?
We're committed to getting this relationship off to a great start, and 100% soy candles melt like butter in summertime shipping trucks. Rest assured that if you preorder a NMF Candle Ritual kit now, we'll ship it to you free in September once temps cool down & hygge season (aka candle season) heats up. We're aiming to ship all pre-ordered candles on or before September 15th. We'll keep you updated, promise.
